Railroad tours in the Rochlitz region
The 9.4 km long railroad line winds its way from the Mulde valley in Rochlitz through a beautiful natural landscape, along the Frelsbach stream through the Köttwitzsch valley to Narsdorf. Individual special trips can be organized by arrangement.

Bees buzz between the old castle walls, pollinating flowers and giving golden honey. Visitors experience the interplay of nature and history up close - the scent of beeswax, the sweetness of fresh honey and the magic of a protected paradise.

Special tour
Michael Kreskowsky takes you to the original locations at Rochsburg Castle. Scenes from Günter Meyer's GDR television series Spuk von draußen were filmed here in 1987. A search for clues between history and television nostalgia.
Where the rabbit runs
A 90-minute tour of Rochlitz Castle provides exciting insights into whether knights were looking for Easter eggs or the damsel met the Easter bunny - with highlights such as the black kitchen, the chapel and the banqueting hall, where lavish parties were once held.
Knight time and Easter surprises at Rochsburg Castle
Now it's getting exciting and fun: a guided tour of the time of the knights and Rochsburg Castle begins at the front gate. Together with tour guide Cindy Hiller, we go in search of little Easter surprises.

With the Chemnitz Valley Museum Railway to the Easter Bunny! From Good Friday to Easter Monday, the Easter Bunny Express runs every half hour from Markersdorf-Taura to the Easter meadow from 10 am. Easter nests, model railroad & snacks await the guests.
