Historische Ausstellung
1997 wurde der Grundstock für die Sammlung gelegt. Die Idee für ein „Ziegelei- & Dorfmuseum“ entstand. Bürger gaben historische Gegenstände ab, die Ausstellung wuchs. Heute betreibt ein Förderverein das Museum mit Ringofen, landwirtschaftlichen Geräten u.v.m.
The new permanent exhibition CoalWorld
This is a journey through the 1000-year history of the Saxon coal mining industry. You will learn how and where the coal was produced and how the "black diamonds" were used. You get to know new personalities and the demonstration mine.
Silverware from the Art Nouveau period from the Phillip Scholze Collection
A passion grew out of a flea market find: the collection now comprises over 800 Art Nouveau objects by WMF from the years 1880-1940. The exhibition shows their elegant variety of shapes and inspires festive tableware.
