This is a rousing course for fitness-loving moms, designed according to the fitdankbaby concept. Here moms combine playtime for their baby & exercise for themselves. The baby is with mom the whole time & is involved in many of the exercises.

The BeboFit postnatal program helps new moms find their way back to a strong core. The awareness & functional work of the pelvic floor & muscle corset are trained. This creates the basis for a healthy & functional mom's body.
