Little ghosts, witches, monsters and vampires meet up for a spooky good time in the mini world. It's not spooky and it's not witchcraft - children (5 - 15 years) in make-up and costume have free admission on Halloween.

Vacation Program: What unites us is our longing for light.
Light has shaped the culture of the Ore Mountains for centuries. Swen Kaatz’s storytelling theater explains the origins of this tradition of light. Afterward, visitors can view James Turrell’s light installation for 10 minutes.

Halloween party for the whole family
The party takes place in the outdoor area with a campfire and lots of Halloween games with Marcel Püschmann. At 6.30 pm there is a lantern procession with the Oelsnitz brass band to Villa Facius.

Vacation Program: Berggeist Guided Tour
Halloween is coming soon! When the ghosts awaken, the Mountain Spirit also begins to wreak havoc in KohleWelt. On a spooky guided tour through the exhibition mine—complete with helmets and flashlights—exciting legends await you—and perhaps an encounter with him.

During the guided tour through the demonstration mine, we experience the world of miners up close. Between tunnels and machines, we show tools, explain mining and conveying technology and tell exciting stories about the hard work underground - loud and impressive.
Once around the world
In Lichtenstein you can go on a trip around the world. On the 45,000 m², you can take a leisurely walk around the globe past 100 world-famous buildings. These are 25 times smaller than the original. The Eiffel Tower is 12 meters high here and 330 meters in Paris.

Niederwürschnitz light railroad
An experience for young and old. The light railroad and the original locomotives from the 1950s are real eye-catchers! During a 20-minute ride across the entire site, you can admire both the facilities of the former brickworks and the unique landscape.

Mini golf
There may well be more modern facilities, but hardly any that are so beautifully embedded in nature. Seating and shady trees make for a pleasant stay. Accessories are available at the snack bar during opening hours.
