The Taumeln Open Air festival is back for its second edition, standing as a symbol of democracy and diversity. With a mix of new wave, indie, and dark wave, visitors can look forward to a day filled with live music, new encounters, and a relaxed atmosphere featuring food, drinks, and club booths.
Bridge Rave at the Garage Campus
Music, short films, a graffiti jam, and other activities will make for a fun-filled afternoon. Penguins, Nokia, and Crashout Mausi will be performing live. The festival is organized by the Chemnitz Youth Forum and Chemnitz 2025.

26. DARK STORM FESTIVAL
Every year at Christmas, the festival attracts fans of the electro, gothic and industrial scene to Chemnitz. This is where the crème de la crème of the dark music scene comes together. The headliner is Front 242 with their last concert in Germany.
STEEL TIME
They bring the spirit of RAMMSTEIN to the stage. The spectacular pyro show and the energetic performance make for an unforgettable experience. The anniversary tour 20 Plus promises a thrilling journey through all creative phases.
Swing! Groove! Mozart!
At the start of the season, orchestra meets jazz quartet: the Robert Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra and the Uwaga! quartet present Mozart in a new way - with swing, groove and fresh arrangements between the A major Piano Concerto and the Magic Flute.
The FunTones
They have been making music together from an early age and it shows. The atmosphere at The FunTones is friendly and familiar, with ballads and pub songs providing a cheerful evening of lively Irish music.
