Apparatus gymnastics national championships female
The state gymnastics championships of the Chemnitz gymnastics district take place in the Richard Hartmann Hall and are organized by the Turnverband Sachsen e.V. to select the best gymnasts in the region and promote their talents.

Hiking day
On Hiking Day, the town of Frankenberg/Sa. invites you to take part in a circular tour of around 11 km. The route leads along the Zschopautalweg trail to the Harrasfelsen rock, a section through the Niederwiesa district and over the Zschopau bridge back to Frankenberg.

Advanced kickboxing
The course combines techniques from karate, taekwondo, Thai boxing and classic boxing. Defense concepts and coordination are taught by the trainer, a former kickboxing world champion. The focus is on values and ethical and moral principles.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for minis (from 3 years)
The little ones learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and playful way in a safe and comfortable environment. They learn to better understand and control their own body. Trainers are on hand with help and advice.
Kickboxing for kids (from 6 years)
Part of the course is self-defense & violence prevention techniques. This gives children a better understanding of confrontation resolution, tolerance and coordination. During holistic physical training, they practise foot (kicking) & fist (boxing) techniques.
No-Gi I Grappling
No-Gi is a mixture of different martial arts that specialize in holding techniques and ground fighting. You learn different levers, throwing techniques as well as submission holds, chokeholds and other holds of all kinds.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids (from 8 years)
The mix of Japanese martial arts and judo techniques strengthens self-confidence, teaches self-defense, respect and fair play. The children are trained individually and in a playful way and learn and consolidate the basic techniques of BJJ.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for teens (from 12 years)
The course focuses on self-defense, violence prevention and motor development, which are taught in a playful and holistic way. This promotes self-confidence and self-assertion. A maximum of 18 children train in a safe environment.
