The Book Summer Saxony starts under the motto "Hot Days - Cool Books!", whereby registration in the libraries is possible without parental consent; three books read lead to confirmation of participation and an invitation to the closing party.

Tinker, build, test: This workshop uses the Infento construction system to create your own vehicles and mobile machine models. Technology, movement and teamwork are discovered in a playful way - including lots of driving fun.

This workshop uses cardboard, syringes and hoses to create moving machine models without a motor. Playfully discover hydraulics, pressure and power transmission - while tinkering, building and trying things out together.

From muscle power to steam engines: this exciting children's tour shows how machines were powered in the past and how they are powered today. In a vivid and interactive way, you will discover how energy is turned into movement and how technology changes our everyday lives.
