The little ones learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and playful way in a safe and comfortable environment. They learn to better understand and control their own body. Trainers are on hand with help and advice.
Kickboxing for kids (from 6 years)
Part of the course is self-defense & violence prevention techniques. This gives children a better understanding of confrontation resolution, tolerance and coordination. During holistic physical training, they practise foot (kicking) & fist (boxing) techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids (from 8 years)
The mix of Japanese martial arts and judo techniques strengthens self-confidence, teaches self-defense, respect and fair play. The children are trained individually and in a playful way and learn and consolidate the basic techniques of BJJ.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for teens (from 12 years)
The course focuses on self-defense, violence prevention and motor development, which are taught in a playful and holistic way. This promotes self-confidence and self-assertion. A maximum of 18 children train in a safe environment.
Kickboxing for teens (from 10 years)
The teenagers experience togetherness in a team and learn what camaraderie means. Here they learn not only to respect and set boundaries, but also to understand the importance of fair play and how to deal with victory and defeat.
Let off steam in the Sportfunpark
Designed for children, but also loved by parents: the parkour with trampolines, ball shooter, wave slide, bouncy castle, ball pool, climbing labyrinth and much more is simply too tempting for everyone. There is also the 80 square meter toddler area with café.
Minijumpy
On Sundays, it's off to the trampoline area at Jum n Play for the Minijumpy. There's an hour of fun and games, even in the indoor playground! Children from one to four years old cost 8 euros, supervisors nothing! Socks can be purchased on site!
Birthday party at Jump'n Play
Romping, jumping, celebrating - that's a birthday with friends! The birthday child and their guests can enjoy a birthday table in the VIP area or in the indoor playground. Depending on the booking, they can jump on the trampolines and/or climb, climb, climb, climb and climb.
