In about 3 hours and on a 6 km route, there are many interesting and exciting things to learn. For example, about the most famous stonemason's stone of the Mark Meissen, the multi-colored ash sedimentary stone Chemnitzer Porphyrtuff, the former quarries and the Zeisigwald.

International Museum Day
On International Museum Day, a special guided tour of the 300-year-old baroque castle of Lichtenwalde invites visitors. It shows the transformation from castle to palace, tells of the architecture and life of earlier times - followed by a drink in the tea house.

The Rhododendron Room offers an exclusive special tour during the flowering season, focusing on water features, enchanted hedge walkways and interesting insights into the care and diversity of the rhododendrons in the park. Includes a seed bag as a souvenir.
