Ghost castle
At the spooky goings-on at the Scharfenstein family castle, guests can experience spooky stories, juggling, fun scary games, gemstone mining and get their make-up done in a terribly pretty way. They can also get creative making scary lanterns. The event ends with a torchlight procession.
House of Lights Festival
Every year during Advent, the children are asked to make a house of lights and present it on the Mini-Weißbach grounds for about 1 hour. As a small thank you, each craftsman receives a gift.

Lost things are revived here
Miniature buildings on a scale of 1:10 have been built in Weißbach since 2004. Rich in detail and partly equipped with special mechanisms, the layout grows year by year to include a historically interesting, typical Erzgebirge building that no longer exists.

Built on the foundations of a 12th century fortification, Wildeck Castle used to watch over the ford on the Zschopau. In the middle of the 16th century, it was converted into a hunting lodge. Today, the white Renaissance castle is home to several museums.
