Mining nature trail Silberstraße Ehrenfriedersdorf
With 27 stations, the trail offers numerous opportunities to get to know the beautiful "Greifenstein region" over 13.7 km. This educational trail is designed as a circular route and starts at the "Zinngrube Ehrenfriedersdorf" visitor mine on the Sauberg.
In the middle of the city and easy to reach
Centrally located, the pool is within easy walking distance for Mittweida residents. Swimmers', non-swimmers' and paddling pools invite you to cool off. The sunbathing lawn measures 22,000 m² (approx. 5 soccer pitches). The beach soccer and volleyball courts are a sporting attraction.

Sandy beach and beach chairs
This beautiful natural body of water with its light, fine sand provides a real vacation feeling. There are even beach chairs. The non-swimmer area is fenced off. There are numerous benches and shady spots under trees on the huge sunbathing lawn.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for minis (from 3 years)
The little ones learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and playful way in a safe and comfortable environment. They learn to better understand and control their own body. Trainers are on hand with help and advice.
Kickboxing for kids (from 6 years)
Part of the course is self-defense & violence prevention techniques. This gives children a better understanding of confrontation resolution, tolerance and coordination. During holistic physical training, they practise foot (kicking) & fist (boxing) techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids (from 8 years)
The mix of Japanese martial arts and judo techniques strengthens self-confidence, teaches self-defense, respect and fair play. The children are trained individually and in a playful way and learn and consolidate the basic techniques of BJJ.
