The little ones learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and playful way in a safe and comfortable environment. They learn to better understand and control their own body. Trainers are on hand with help and advice.
Kickboxing for kids (from 6 years)
Part of the course is self-defense & violence prevention techniques. This gives children a better understanding of confrontation resolution, tolerance and coordination. During holistic physical training, they practise foot (kicking) & fist (boxing) techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids (from 8 years)
The mix of Japanese martial arts and judo techniques strengthens self-confidence, teaches self-defense, respect and fair play. The children are trained individually and in a playful way and learn and consolidate the basic techniques of BJJ.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for teens (from 12 years)
The course focuses on self-defense, violence prevention and motor development, which are taught in a playful and holistic way. This promotes self-confidence and self-assertion. A maximum of 18 children train in a safe environment.
Kickboxing for teens (from 10 years)
The teenagers experience togetherness in a team and learn what camaraderie means. Here they learn not only to respect and set boundaries, but also to understand the importance of fair play and how to deal with victory and defeat.
Drama for young people aged 12 and over
All the basics for acting on stage are taught: the right breathing technique and body language, interpretation of texts, character acting, recitations, moderation in front of an audience and free improvisation. Course leader: Manfred Blank.

In this program for children aged 4 months and over, simple stories are used to musically accompany different stages of children's development. In this way, children's enjoyment of music and their desire to make music can be awakened through fun and games
