Philipp Klapproth wants to see an insane asylum in Berlin. His nephew Alfred takes him to the Pension Schöller instead. The quirky guests cause chaos and Klapproth thinks they are crazy. In the end, everything blows up, a fun-filled adventure full of mistaken identities.
