Asparagus time at the Schlossmühle
Asparagus is grown all over the world. Connoisseurs love this healthy vegetable, which is in season from April to June. German asparagus is served at the Schlossmühle as a crisp salad, with beef tongue or salmon fillet - fresh and aromatic.

Where the train runs on time
