KRIYA YOGA INITIATION
Initiation into the Kriya Yoga of the Lahiri Mahasaya dynastic lineage. The initiation will be organized and conducted by Bernd Prokop, a long-time student of Shibendu Lahiri. The language of instruction is German.
Eat like the knights - spend the night in today's beds
Here, guests are whisked away to the medieval culinary times of the knights of old. In addition to the restaurant with original local cuisine, fireplace room, hall and knight's cellar, there is also a guesthouse for overnight stays. Dogs are also welcome here.

DRUMMING FOR BEGINNERS AND RETURNERS
The djembé intensive course focuses on rhythm, community and the joy of playing. Without notes, but with a lot of feeling, simple grooves are created that grow through playing together. You are welcome to bring your own drums. Intuitive. Lively. Together.
