The "Made in Germany" exhibition sheds light on industrial products from the Nazi era and shows how economic success was based on forced labor. Photographs and objects combine history with questions about responsibility and industrial production to this day.

The exhibition uses the running stitch as a symbol for mistakes, ruptures and change. Based on industrial and social history, the works focus on material, production, role models and social transformations.

The success story of the "fit" brand began in Chemnitz in 1954. Numerous objects & advertising graphics trace the development: From VEB Fettchemie Karl-Marx-Stadt through the uncertain post-reunification period to the successful medium-sized company.
