Demonstration: The Erzgebirge village fair
The "Erzgebirgische Dorfkirmes" is the highlight of the museum. The unique scenery by E. Parthey with over 300 portrait-like carved figures, revolving carousels, a brass band, 14 dancing couples and much more is a mechanical masterpiece.
Exhibit of the quarter: tin pyramid and a nativity scene under the Christmas tree
The Quarts exhibit includes a tin pyramid and a nativity scene under the Christmas tree, consisting of sheet metal molding from the beginning of the 20th century and a silhouette from 2006, made by an unknown manufacturer and Ursula Eckardt from Zwickau.
