On the road with the master chef - a three-course journey through Renaissance court cuisine
Michael Kreskowsky takes you on an adventure tour. You will learn interesting and amusing facts about the castle. Afterwards, a 3-course menu based on a historical recipe is served at the table in the rustic black kitchen by the chef himself.
