Costume tour with Old Shatterhand or Mother May
Old Shatterhand recounts his adventures, while Mother May tells exciting anecdotes from the sewing box - a tour through the permanent exhibition on Karl May's life and work that brings history and legend to life.
City tour: In the footsteps of Karl May
A guided tour of selected Karl May sites in Hohenstein combines historical buildings with insights into Karl May's biography and brings the Ernstthal years of the famous writer to life - ideally complemented by a visit to the Karl May House.
Hike to the Karl May Cave
The hike to the Karl May Cave offers groups of up to 25 people a special experience. In around 4 hours, the tour can be ideally combined with a visit to the Karl May House.
HOT (knitted)
Artist Ulrike Kessl covers the four-storey façade with 350 fine tights in shades of purple. During the city walk, knitted works of art await you at the museum, Hauptstraße, Altmarkt, Stadtgarten, Neumarkt and other locations.
