Paintball is a tactical team sport in which players mark each other with paintballs using markers. On this 8000 m² field with a two-storey, very angled building, you can play this movement-intensive sport.

Autumn vacation program - mine tour
The mine tours offer wonderful autumn experiences above and below ground for children and young people, with stories about the everyday life of miners and numerous original mining tools on display in authentic locations.
The conveyor machine
The oldest winding machine in Germany still approved for rope travel: in operation since 1906, now based in Ehrenfriedersdorf. With its impressive technology and history, it is the powerful heart of the Sauberger main shaft and directional shaft.

The Mineralogical Museum
The museum provides an insight into the tin mine's mineral collection, tin as a raw material over the course of time as well as special features of the clean rock and various works of art relating to local mining. It houses almost 2000 mineral specimens.

The mine
A world of its own is hidden inside the clean mountain, criss-crossed by over 300 km of tunnels and passages. After the end of mining, stations with original machines were set up on the 2nd level, 100m deep. These & geological features are waiting to be explored.

Autumn crafts
Rock crystals, tree slices, pine cones... with imagination you can make beautiful things out of all kinds of materials. In the Bergschmiede, children and young people can do handicrafts free of charge during the fall vacations; a flat rate is charged for handicraft materials.
The mountain forge
A hand-carved and painted mountain parade by an Ehrenfriedersdorf carver with 1025 figures can be admired here. There is also information about the Ehrenfriedersdorf mining brotherhood and the Erzgebirge tradition of mining parades.

Mining: The outdoor area
Traces of 800 years of mining can also be discovered above ground in many places. The Sauberg slagheap site includes, among other things, a replica of a medieval quarry with shaft & hand reel & bronze wild boar sculptures in the accessible area.
