In a 7-hour special course, jump technique is comprehensively trained to master bunny hops, drops and small doubles safely; under professional guidance, you will work on the correct assessment of jumps and the optimum bike set-up.

The private course offers the opportunity to learn individually tailored content on your own or in a small group, with personal riding technique trainers during the week or at the weekend to hone your riding technique and lunch is included.

The mountain bike day course for e-bikes offers the perfect opportunity to get to know the world of e-MTBs and learn the right technique while practising basic skills such as braking, riding technique and battery care on easy trails.
Mountain bike: Day course Level 1 - Basic
In the Level 1 day course for mountain bikers, the basic safe position on the bike is developed, while important techniques such as braking, balance and overcoming small obstacles are taught, ideal for beginners or those returning to the sport.
Mountain bike: Day course Level 3 - Expert
The day course is aimed at experienced riders who want to improve their technique on challenging trails; content includes cornering technique, active jumps, bunny hop, and riding rock gardens as well as balance exercises for more safety and control.
Day course - Rookies (5-7 years)
The half-day course "Dwarf on the Mountain" offers children who can ride a bike safely the opportunity to learn the basics of mountain biking in a fun way, including balance and positioning exercises as well as first trails and important riding techniques.
