Guided tour of the visitor mine
Even though everything can be visited on foot, a tour is called a tour in miner's language. After a 30-metre-long cave tour, you are immersed in a world of stones, shimmering mountain lakes & fairytale-like, huge halls - the domes.
Dishes according to great-grandma's recipes
Rustic at the top, adventurous at the bottom. The Felsendome restaurant is surrounded by the breath of centuries. Lime mining began here over 600 years ago. Today, it is a unique excursion destination and hearty Erzgebirge dishes prepared according to great-grandma's recipe crown the experience.

Summer holiday program: Watercolor and Naturell - the early Karl Schmidt-Rottluff
Children discover how Karl Schmidt-Rottluff painted as a young artist on a tour of his parents' house during the vacation program. Inspired by nature and their surroundings, they then create their own landscape paintings using watercolors and a lot of imagination.

Rabenstein Castle
Rabenstein Castle in Chemnitz, Saxony, was probably built in the 12th century on a 15-metre-high slate rock. It is part of the Rabenstein excursion area with the Oberrabenstein reservoir and Rabenstein Forest, including a game reserve.
