A dream for medieval fans
Gnandstein Castle is probably one of the best-preserved Romanesque fortifications in Saxony. The fortress high above the Wyhra is a dream come true for medieval enthusiasts. The history of the castle goes back over 800 years. It was inhabited for around 700 years.
