Shepherd's wagon at Auszeithof Niederfrohna
Two lovingly restored shepherd's caravans, each for 2 people in the middle of the meadow in the "Blauer Heinrich" or by the pond in the "Rote Lotte", make it possible to take a special break here. Watch the sheep from your bed and listen to the birds chirping - wonderful!

"Nose to tail" means "from head to tail" and uses as many parts of a slaughtered animal as possible. In this cooking course, you will prepare a variation of offal, glass noodle salad, relish ragout, herb dumplings, mustard vegetables, back and leg.
